Reviewing these activities via a daily automated email will allow you to ensure that your operators are punctual and meeting your (or your clients') requirements.  When a client or site is Geofenced (surrounded by an electronic software boundary), you can then run reports that will provide accurate arrival and departure times for that site. • Use of Auxiliary Devices - Activation of any auxiliary device can be captured, recorded and transmitted  for confirmation of the use of any such devices whilst undertaking customer duties. Using a digital input VEHTrac can record use data relating to the use of multiple devices including but not limited to:

• Tail gate lifters;

• Street Sweeping - VEHTrac can record the use of brushes on a street sweeper, or the overhead boom. This provides an accurate location accompanied with a date & time stamp for all brush down/up and drain cleaning events. This information is used to evidence activities for Contractual Clients and Ratepayers.
