| Vehicle Design, 3D CAD (Computer Aided Design), drafting & manufacturing Utilising highly experienced VEHTEC staff with nearly 20 years experience in the design, drafting and recommendation of light & heavy fleet vehicles and modifications, VEHTEC will undertake any design task. Qualified Mechanical Engineers are intimately involved in many aspects of base vehicle design, rear body mission module design, designing load restraint systems, plant trailer configuration/stability and ensuring full compliance with the relevant sections of the road traffic act. It is our goal to recommend and undertake design modifications to new heavy vehicle fit outs to provide greater efficiencies and operating cost reductions, based on total vehicle life analysis. VEHTEC employees are involved in providing these services direct to the market. These design services are then contracted onto private body building companies within South Australia who also reciprocate by approaching VEHTEC when the body building design criteria exceeds their internal capabilities.   |
