The data is prepared and dispatched to you in an automatic report that is sent to you daily. To compliment this data, you can also request the location of your5 fleet vehicles at any time of the day, and their location will be displayed on a digital mapping structure, showing their current position at street level. This solution will provide you with:

An accurate record of usage data for your fleets daily activities. This will be provided in a simple report format that will be automatically emailed the following day. This report will contain details on:

• Trips taken - A summary of trips taken will detail the days activities against the operators daily job sheet to confirm all jibs have been complete in a timely manner, and address any that have not been undertaken;

• Times that your fleet operators have arrived at an address - Can be used to provide your clients with written evidence of arrival times, and times spent at the site - This data can be used to confirm arrival at unattended sites;.

• Duration of the time spent at the job address - This accurate data can be used to initiate or confirm billing hours. Any client queries can be quickly and decisively answered, with you having the ability to create reports to email or post to your client;

• Times of departure - Allows you to quickly ascertain if any additional jobs could have been scheduled into the day;

• Speeding breaches - Improved transparency for your fleet drivers activities, and will allow you to proactively manage any non conforming drivers; and

• Total distances travelled and hours spent driving - This data can be used to maintain an up to date vehicle service schedule, so that you can allocate time for the fleet vehicle to be out of use to attend to service & maintenance requirements. This information can also be used to calculate or confirm payroll claims.
