View all trips either as they occur or historic trip with full playback.

P The ability to create Geofences (Virtual boundaries) of any shape around depots, homes, delivery sites, customer yards etc, so that you can then view efficiencies when at these locations. For time critical deliveries, staff can even receive real time notification that designated areas have been entered.

P Accurate recording of your trucks activities will allow you to cross check your drivers work diaries to ensure that they are completed correctly - No nasty 'Chain of Responsibility' surprises!  Ensure all permits requirements are met when applicable A record of the trucks daily activities are able to be easily viewed on the digital mapping, but more importantly you can receive automatic reports each day confirming your Drivers & Trucks activities. These can even be used to confirm payroll claims.
 

P Web accessed VEHTrac software allows each user to have customised capabilities based on your level of authorisations. All users can access VEHTrac 24/7, even from outside your Company with a password protected log in.

P Using VEHTrac you can be alerted in real time of different events, i.e. speeding, Geofence entries, truck start ups and shut downs etc. Each of these alerts has to be acknowledged (either individually or collectively) to be closed. A record is then available as to when, whom and what action was noted for each event. A complete accountability trail is kept.
